Here is the Elmo afghan that I made for my son, and what I got the Highly Commended award for.

This is a close up of the head.

I will get some better photos of the afghan on later when I have the time.

Are you still checking this blog? I am wondering if you crafted the pattern for the Elmo blanket or if you bought it. I would love to make one for my daughter who is obsessed with Elmo - she has Rett Syndrome and Elmo really calms her down. Your blanket is Elmo with class - she is five years old and so I like the fact that yours looks a little more "mature":) I hope you still check this blog from time to time and that you could sell or direct me to this pattern!
